COMPETITION
THE DEADLINE FOR THE PRODUCTION DATES IS JANUARY 1th, 2009.
ONE MINUTE ONE SHOT
1. The film presented must be one minute long (60sec. without titles).
2. The work must be shot in one frame. Shots cannot be cut, combined or
mixed into one.
3. Multiplication in animation (multi shots) is not against the rules as
it is a production technique. However direct editing /cuts in different
scenes/ shots (close up - middle, etc) are not allowed.
4. The titles must be 10 seconds long and must be placed at the beginning
of the one minute film. Besides original language, English subtitles are
required.
5. The author is free to express his/her ideas and views in any form and
genre.

SHORT FILMS
1. Up to 40 minutes.
2. Without any limitations in form and genre.

OUT OF COMPETITION
NO DEADLINE FOR THE PRODUCTION DATES.

FILM WITHOUT BORDERS
1. The only “space” of the festival, where full length, experimental or
“OTHER” films are shown.
2. The space for films, which are out of selection, but are worth to be
screened and discussed.

SPECIAL PROGRAM
Individuals, production companies, festivals etc. are welcomed to present
their films/projects.

- BEST SHOT – Symbol sculpture of the festival and Diploma (Grand Prix)
For the best shot in “ONE MINUTE ONE SHOT” competition
- SPECIAL MENTIONS - diplomas
- PRESIDENT’S AWARD – Symbol Sculpture of the festival and Diploma For the
best film in “CINEMA WITHOUT LIMITS” competition
- BEST FILM – Symbol Sculpture of the festival and Diploma For the best
film in “SHORT FILMS “ competition
- AUTHORS' CHOICE - Diploma
For the best film in “One Minute One Shot “ competition chosen by the
participating directors through an open vote
- PRESS CHOICE - Diploma
For the best shot in “ONE MINUTE ONE SHOT“competition
- SPECIAL PRIZES
For the best film in “ONE MINUTE ONE SHOT” category.

DVDs / CDs with film, filled entry form, stills and photo of the director
must be received by April 10, 2010 at the address below.
