Ukrainian version of the Guide to Citizen Participation in Local Cultural Policy<BR></DIV>

The Ukrainian version of the Guide to Citizen Participation in Local Cultural Policy Development for European Cities has recently been published. The book collects contributions by Jordi Pascual i Ruiz and Sanjin Dragojevic concerning the conceptual and practical aspects of citizens' participation, aiming to foster new practices in this respect. The guide emerged from the Active Citizens - Local Cultures - European Politics project, funded by the European Commission, which was coordinated in 2006-07 by the European Cultural Foundation, in cooperation with Ecumest (Romania), SEE TV Exchanges (Belgium) and Interarts. The book can be downloaded in English, Ukrainian, French and Spanish at:<BR>
