charpentier et architecte, co-fondateur du projet communautaire <i>K77</i></span><span style="font-family:'Myriad Pro'" lang="FR"> à Berlin, dans lequel il s’est
investit de 1992 à 2002, en tant qu’activiste politique, travailleur culturel,
habitant, artisan, concepteur et constructeur. Il est aujourd’hui un des acteurs
principaux de l’ISPARA <i>(Institut pour des stratégies<span> </span>d’architecture participative et
d’appropriation de l’espace)</i></span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;text-indent:36pt;line-height:12pt"><span style="font-family:'Myriad Pro'" lang="FR"><br></span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;text-indent:36pt;line-height:12pt"><span style="font-family:'Myriad Pro'" lang="FR"><b>Partant de la situation singulière
de Berlin, au carrefour entre cultures initiées de haut en bas et de bas en
haut, l'exposé développera les modalités et perspectives d'un urbanisme dit
"situationniste", dans l'Allemagne d'aujourd'hui, et analysera
notamment les aspects positifs et négatifs de processus d'autodétermination et
de conception participative. Il s'agira de tirer les leçons d'une métropole, à
laquelle les citoyens s'identifient de plus en plus, dans laquelle ils
s'engagent individuellement, collectivement, temporairement, etc. et de
comprendre comment dans un tel contexte, le terme d’'urbanisme communautaire' (<i>Community
Design Centres</i></b></span><span style="font-family:'Myriad Pro'" lang="FR"><b>
: Centres d’urbanisme<span>
</span>communautaire participatif <span> </span>aux USA) peut être une source d'inspiration pour la société
civile européenne. </b></span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;line-height:12pt"><span style="font-family:'Myriad Pro'" lang="FR"><b>La présentation s'appuiera sur des examples
liés au le développement de Berlin de 1980 à aujourd'hui, mais surtout sur
l’implication dans un mouvement qui compte aujourd'hui environ 400 initiatives
de projets démocratiques, durables, et holistiques, dans les domaines de
l'habitat, du travail, de l’éducation et de la culture.<span> </span></b></span></p>
