Cologne International Videoart Festival
will be launching in September a new festival platform dedicated to
experimental and artistic documentary as a new format in the field of "art
& moving images"

Named: exDox - Cologne Experimental Documentary Film Festival is looking
for documentaries which are considered by their creators as art works
using video as a medium in all its variety, for new and experimental
artistic approaches in transforming the ideas of documenting essential
issues of human existence into the language of the "moving images", and is
inviting film & video creators - to submit up to 3 works of experimental
forms of film and video art - (exclusively) online by using the entry form
