The John Smith Trust is now recruiting for its John Smith Fellowship
Programme 2014

*Seventeen "high flyers" from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan,
Moldova, Russia, Turkmenistan and Ukraine will be selected as 2014 John
Smith Fellows for a three-week residential programme in Edinburgh and
London including:*


   - A workshop programme examining the issues and challenges of
governance both
   in the UK and abroad
   - Individually tailored 'attachment' visits to UK institutions such as
   government offices, law courts, prisons and academic institutions with
   access to prominent thinkers and practitioners
   - Leadership skill-building and career development
   - Development of an action plan for implementation on your return
