[oberlist] Tuesday night (February 18-19, 2014), unknown plundered funds of Museum of the History of Kiev which are located on 4 - 5 floors of Ukrainian House.

*Tuesday, February 18 around 5 pm the museum staff was evacuated,
Directorate remained roughly up to 6 pm. *

*Commandant of the Ukrainian House Yuri Levchenko showed the management of
Museum of History of Kiev that the 4th and 5th floors museum premises were
closed and were on the signaling. *


*Before leaving, Directorate waited for heads of security forces, to warn
them that in the building there are/were museum collections. *


*According to the chief curator Ludmila Surgai, at 00:00 in the museum
premises the alarm went off and according to the instructions she reported
to the police. *

*Call was received, but no one came to Ukrainian House. *


*Lyudmila Surgai also claimed that up to 19:00 (the time when the
representatives of Ukrainian Maidan left Ukrainian House) museum
foundations and museum premises were kept safe. *

*Wednesday morning February 19, 2014  the museum staff found wrecked fund
storage in Ukrainian House*


 *Representatives of security forces, which were in the Ukrainian House on
Tuesday night (February 18-19, 2014), refused to give any comments.*
