Undeva, dedesubtul unei punți în Malmo. Suedia, Erik Vestman și Nils Petter Löfstedt se poticnesc de o adîncitură nedescoperită. Timp de șase luni, ei construiesc cea mai ascunsă cameră din Malmo, cu pereții albi și podea de parchet.
În mare parte, acțiunile au loc dedesubtul acestei punți, în orașul Malmo, și descrie construcția unei dintre cele mai secrete, dar în același timp dicutate, proiecte de artă stradală din Suedia.

Hotelul „Strop de rouă”, fondat în 1945, a fost pe vremuri cel mai popular și important loc pentru cultura R&B, jazz și blues în Noul Orlean. Acum stă adormit, în timp ce proprietarul său Kenneth Jackson, bărbat de vîrsta a treia, se luptă să-i redeschidă ușile publicului larg.

Somewhere under a pier in Malmö, Sweden, Erik Vestman and Nils Petter Löfstedt stumble upon an undiscovered hollow. For six months they build Malmö’s most secret room with white walls and a parquet floor.
The vast majority of the film takes place under a pier in the city of Malmö and portraits the construction of one of the most secret and at the same time widely discussed street-art project in Sweden.
