Edu-Art – educaţie artistică non-formală pentru o generaţie de tineri implicați social şi integrați din punct de vedere profesional

Proiectul urmărește să contribuie la formarea unei generații de artiști active din punct de vedere civic și pregătite din punct de vedere profesional, pentru a se realiza în plan național și internaţional.

Proiectul Edu-Art îşi propune să ofere tinerilor artişti suport metodologic şi practic pentru o activitate artistică într-o lume aflată în proces de transformare sub presiunea unor factori de ordin global (cerințele înalte de acces pe piața muncii și compeatitivitatea existenta în cîmpul artistic, migrația masivă pe plan internațional, precaritatea lucrului în domeniul culturii etc.) şi pregătirea acestora pentru realizarea profesională pe plan internaţional.

Politicile culturale și sistemele de educație publică din întreaga lume răspund perseverent la presiunea de a se conforma ideologiei neoliberale, indiferent dacă lucrul acesta se materializează în acțiuni coerente sau doar le simulează într-o manieră competitivă. În câmpul studiilor socio-umane aceasta face ca latura ”disciplinară” a procesului de profesionalizare să fie glorificată în vreme ce practicile care deschid posibilitatea de a pune întrebări mai largi, dincolo de granițele artificiale ale disciplinelor, sunt sistematic depreciate. Din acest punct de vedere, trans-disciplinaritatea poate avea o funcție anti-disciplinară. În cursul prezentării această poziție teoretică va fi folosită ca un pretext pentru a împărtăși gânduri sau experiențe ocazionate de câteva proiecte colaborative recente.

Ovidiu GHERASIM-PROCA [RO] este lector în Departamentul de Științe Politice, Relații Internaționale și Studii Europene (Universitatea „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iaşi). Co-editor al unui volum despre politica digitalizată (Guvernanța electronică. De la promisiuni teoretice la realități empirice, Editura Universităţii „Alexandru Ioan Cuza”, Iași, 2014), este preocupat de studiul revizuirii tehnologice a practicilor democratice și îngrijorat de confuzia intelectuală care o însoțește. Cele mai recente proiecte urmăresc să dezvolte mijloace teoretice și colaborativ-conversaționale de a înțelege tendințele curente în planul mobilizării politice („Borders, Barriers and Protest Culture. The New Politics of Social Movements in Central and Eastern Europe” – Patterns Lectures), avatarurile naționalismului (Comunități re-imaginate, 1+1), construcția și deconstrucția discursului politic („Cadre discursive: cultură – politică”, tranzit.ro/ Iași) sau reexaminarea critică a „sferei publice burgheze” („Retracing the subject”, tranzit.ro/ Iași).

Edu-Art este un program organizat de Asociația Oberliht <http://www.oberliht.org/> în colaborare cu Academia de Muzică, Teatru și Arte Plastice <http://amtap.md/>, Facultatea Arte Plastice, și este susținut de Ministerul Educației, Culturii și Cercetării al Republicii Moldova <http://mecc.gov.md/>. Scopul acestui program este de a introduce noi module educaționale în sfera educației artistice din Moldova și de a familiariza publicul cu noile tendințe în artă din Moldova și din regiune.

Edu-Art – non-formal artistic education for socially involved and professionally integrated young generation

The aim of this project is to educate an active and aware generation of artists, and to prepare them for the professional integration on national and international level. The Edu-Art project aims to provide methodological and practical support to emerging artists for their artistic work in a world undergoing transformation under the pressure of global factors (restricted access to labor market and high competition in the artistic field, massive migration on the international level, the precariousness of the work in the field of culture, etc.) and their professional development.

Cultural policies and public education systems across the world are responding relentlessly to the pressure to comply with the neoliberal ideology, whether this is materializing as coherent actions or merely simulates them in a competitive manner. In the field of humanities and social sciences this makes the “disciplinary” side of the professionalization process to be glorified while the practices that open the possibility to raise larger questions, beyond the artificial boundaries of the disciplines, are systematically undervalued. From this point of view, trans-disciplinarity could display an anti-disciplinary function. During the talk, this theoretical standpoint will be used as a pretext to share some of the thoughts and experiences involved in the making of several recent collaborative projects.

Ovidiu GHERASIM-PROCA [RO] is lecturer at the Department of Political Sciences, International Relations and European Studies (“Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iasi). Co-editor of a volume on digitalised politics (Guvernanța electronică. De la promisiuni teoretice la realități empirice, Editura Universităţii „Alexandru Ioan Cuza”, Iași, 2014) he studies the technological revision of democratic practices and worries about the intellectual confusion that comes with it. The latest projects aim to develop theoretical and collaborative-conversational means of understanding current trends in political mobilization („Borders, Barriers and Protest Culture. The New Politics of Social Movements in Central and Eastern Europe” – Patterns Lectures), the avatars of nationalism (Comunități re-imaginate, 1+1), the construction and deconstruction of the political discourse (“Discursive frames: culture – politics”, tranzit.ro/ Iasi) or the critical re-examination of the “bourgeois public sphere” („Retracing the subject”, tranzit.ro/ Iași).

Edu-Art is a program organized by Oberliht Association <http://www.oberliht.org/> in collaboration with Academy of Music, Theatre and Fine Arts <http://amtap.md/>, Faculty of Fine Arts, with the support of Ministry of Education, Culture and Research of the Republic of Moldova <http://mecc.gov.md/>. The program aims to introduce new educational modules in the artistic education curricula and to familiarize the publics with new tendencies in art from Moldova and from the region.
