The Prague Civil Society Centre and WatchDog.md are happy to
invite activists, communication specialists, and content creators of
established YouTube, Instagram, and/or TikTok projects from Eastern Europe,
the South Caucasus, and Central Asia to apply for a three-day get-together.

Would you like to meet leading changemakers from the region, share your
experience, learn from others, and collaborate on content to grow your
impact and audience? We want to hear from you!

*When: *End of October 2025

*Where: *Selected participants will be informed about the location in
advance (visa-free country)

*Application deadline: *20 July 2025

*Who should apply: *Bump Up! is open to activists, communication
specialists, and content creators with dedicated and growing audiences in
Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova,
Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan. To be eligible, you
should regularly create content for YouTube, Instagram, and/or TikTok
focusing on the following topics: national identity, culture and art,
language, history, socio-political developments, gender equality,
education, rule of law, economy, and/or popular science. Also, you mustn’t
incite, promote, spread, or justify violence, hatred, or discrimination
against a person or group of persons, or restrict their rights and freedoms.

*What to expect: *You’ll collaborate on content creation with other
participants and benefit from workshops and group discussions about the
following topics:

   - Monetisation: We’ll cover how to earn revenue from your content, what
   strategies and methods to use on specific platforms, and how to make
   content that stands out and is worth paying for.
   - Positive narratives and media literacy: You’ll learn how to tell
   stories emphasising positive aspects, potential, and solutions, and why
   this is better than focusing on problems or negativity. We’ll also discuss
   how to effectively counter propaganda, reach the target audience first, and
   teach followers to understand the influence of content and be critical of
   consumers of it.
   - Visual language: We’ll cover how to effectively express ideas and
   emotions through images, videos, and editing, as well as how to ensure
   consistency in your messaging and establish a strong brand identity.
   - And much more.

*What is covered: *Round-trip tickets and accommodation in a twin room. If
required, we also provide visa assistance (for the dates of Bump Up! only).
Kindly note that the visa fee is paid by the participant.

*How to apply: *The call is competition-based. *By 20 July 2025, tell us
about yourself, your project, and why you would like to attend the event
