Description
The Vilar Institute for Arts Management Internship is available to college 
juniors, seniors, graduate students and recent college graduates (within two 
years of graduation) who are interested in beginning careers in performing 
arts management and/or arts education. Approximately 20 students will be 
selected each semester to participate in a three to four month long, 
full-time internship. Internships are available in the following areas: 
advertising, development, education (local and national programs), press, 
National Symphony Orchestra, production and programming, web design and 
technology, finance, and facilities. You will receive a stipend of $225 per 
month to help defray the costs of housing and transportation.

Additional Information
The application deadline for the Winter/Spring internship (January 8 - April 
27) is October 25, the deadline for the Summer internship (May 29 - August 
10) is March 1, and the deadline for the Fall internship (September 5 - 
December 8) is June 15.
