The University of Turin, together with the International Labour Office
of the UN and several other universities, offers a programme each year
in Cultural Projects for Development.  It is aimed at mid-career
professionals and deals with the role of the arts and culture in
economic and cultural development, particularly in developing countries.
 The course has a project focus, and students work on a specific project
of their own during the course.  The program has both distance and
live-in components — the latter is a three month period from September
to November at the ILO's Training Centre, a nice university-like campus
in Turin.  The award is a Master's degree.

There will also be an additional programme next year dealing
specifically with the management of World Heritage sites.
