OPEN CALL FOR ARTISTS:
NEWS: Project application deadline for the year 2009 has ended. Next
application deadline is Feb. 2010

Apartment Project is looking for international artists, filmmakers and
sound artists from around the world or Turkey.
Application requirements:
A presentation of your project idea (max  2 page-A4 format)
A presentation of your selected various works>>  link to web site if it is
available please send the all possible  applications as jpeg or pdf format
to;
info la apartmentproject.com

and write 'project application 2010' in the subject line.
And fill the 'application form' sent by us once you send your application
to our e-mail address

If you want to send your catalogs, CD s DVDs or other application
portfolio materials, please do not send the original works, works received
will not be sent back.

Apartment Project is a non-profit artist initiative. Apartment Project
would only give the free exhibition space possibility at the center of
Istanbul.

Apartment Project is not responsible for exhibition settlements. Only
provides some necessary technical equipment as such DVD player, LCD
screens, digital projector, dia projector, sound system

Assistant students MAY be available for help. Apartment Project may help
artists find assistants.


APPLICATION DEADLINE:    1 February 2010
Artists who have exhibitions at the Apartment Project may apply for the
residency space of the Apartment Project. These studios offer different
room sizes and conditions and have different application procedures.

With its 24 square meter, ground level exhibition space located in Tunel,
central Istanbul, exhibitions and events are installed with a priority
towards interaction with the daily life on the street.
