Due to RG’s intervention, a herd of cows is peacefully grazing on the
Sava’s banks as usual. However, they are quietly protesting and warning
the citizens and the governing structures about the right to use public
spaces. As a reaction to the privatization of public spaces and the
legislation regulations which work in favour of mass capital, such as the
controversial law on golf courses, the cow demonstration is an attempt to
adopt a critical stance towards the natural environment and human
activity. The banks of the Sava are conceived as an untouched and
undeveloped area with a lot of potential, and the question of their
actualization is the question of the line between the private and the
public, the line between power, interest and the right of users of
different stances.
