Subject: Residency opportunity for Architects and urban planners

Dear all,

our cultural center Malý Berlín in Slovakia is organizing *residency for
architects, urban planners, and researchers* who are interested in this
topic:

The search for new approaches to respond to the climate crisis in the
context of urban life with focus on the relationship between the city and
nature - specifically on the potential of spontaneous vegetation and
urbanized nature as components of biodiversity. Where does nature end and
planned greenery begin? How can nature be programmed to survive in the
city? Where is the boundary between the natural and the designed?

We want to explores possibilities of green solutions and examine the
boundaries of nature and its connections to the city.

It will be a three-month residency that will take place from September to
December 2025. A scholarship, free accommodation and reimbursement of
travel expenses are prepared for the selected resident.
